Meta

Meta is a clothing store that caters specifically to transpeople and those who like to break gender norms with their clothing. In the current retail market, transpeople can feel uncomfortable shopping in clothing stores. Harassment can come for shopping in gendered sections of stores or because options that fit their bodies are unavailable. Meta strides to create a safe space for everyone to find clothes that fit their bodies and style.

Meta carries our own line of clothing along side other clothing brands. Every month Meta highlights one of the other brands we carry in the form of small handouts in their stores. The booklets include the brand’s mission statements and summarize why Meta includes their cloths in stores. We have also developed MetaFit, our own sizing system, to help our customers find clothes that fit them just right, regardless of the brand they are looking at.
